We do everything we can so that the product will get to you complete and intact, but if the product is still regretfully damaged, we will replace it and pay for the delivery and any additional costs.
If the product is not damaged and you would still like to exchange it for another size or another painting, you may do so but you would need to pay for the return delivery and for any customs or taxes if there are any. Providing the product returns to us intact, in its original packaging and as soon as we get it back we will send you your new product and credit or charge you according to the price difference of the returned product.
If you wish to cancel your order, it is possible as long as the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the order. If 24 hours have passed and the product has been shipped you will bear the delivery costs and any customs or taxes costs if there are any. The rest of the money will be returned to you.
