May G-d bless you and safeguard you. May G-d illuminate His countenance for you and be gracious to you. May G-d lift His countenance to you and establish peace for you.

Our drums have two purposes:
One is that it is an original and unique piece to decorate your home, another is that it can be used as an instrument that will bring the magical sound of the desert into your home.
As you can see the pictures on the drums are drawn with lots of happiness and love.
There is a variety of drums with different painting, you may choose to add a blessing.
You may also create an all new custom made drum, choosing the color, design and blessing of your choice.
You may add the names of family members or a gift for a couple who is married, or a child born, or a bar / bat mitzvah, for a more personalized gift.
The drums were created in Egypt out of goat skin, stretched on a wood frame.
The drawings on the drum are created with acrylic paint so it will not crack or peel.

We do everything we can so that the product will get to you complete and intact, but if the product is still regretfully damaged, we will replace it and pay for the delivery and any additional costs.
If the product is not damaged and you would still like to exchange it for another size or another painting, you may do so but you would need to pay for the return delivery and for any customs or taxes if there are any. Providing the product returns to us intact, in its original packaging and as soon as we get it back we will send you your new product and credit or charge you according to the price difference of the returned product.
If you wish to cancel your order, it is possible as long as the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the order. If 24 hours have passed and the product has been shipped you will bear the delivery costs and any customs or taxes costs if there are any. The rest of the money will be returned to you.

Custom made drums will not be legible for return unless the drum itself was defected.
The drums are packaged very carefully with a thick layer of bubble wrap and put into a hard box.We ship it directly to your home through Express Mail Service (EMS) of the Israel Postal Company. Once we send the package, you will be notified with a tracking number and will be able to track your order.
Your product will usually arrive between two and three weeks after the order is placed. Sometimes there are exceptions that are not up to us, we are not responsible for delays in customs or due to rough weather conditions, postal service strikes, etc. In any case of delay we are here at your service at any time until you receive your product and you are satisfied.
